Dare 2b Kickin Ass Padded Cycle Shorts

Ok service and good comms. However stated online last pair of shorts but this was clearly not the case as they had to order them in. Get stock right online as it is annoying to order and then be told it will be some time as you need to get them in stock - that is poor service.

Sorry to hear your comments with regards to the shorts however i will endeavour to explain. Depending on stock we have two warehouses to cover the multitude of stock that we carry and it means that we may have to order from the other warehouse which can take 48 hours. It doesnt mean that we cant provide the garment. Looking at the notes we did call you out of courtesy to advise you that would be the case.Your whole order took 3 days in all as it was ordered on a Sunday. However on a positive note we are grateful for your feedback as without it we wouldnt know what our customers thoughts are and we take our customers comments and also the care of their order very seriously.
