Service rating : I've not had a problem with Brookes and their service for years.
Product : The knee pad pockets are no longer in the right place. Kneel down now and the knee pads do not marry up with ones knees. This is a recent change in the design or manufacture as they always use to but then again if you are a short leg like me and asked for a short leg (29") that's what you got. Now you can get anything from 30.5" to 32" which is why the knee pad pockets are no longer fit for purpose.

Product : Ordered 3 pairs dickies action trousers and trousers are ok but very disappointed that the leg lengths are far in excess of the 29" they are supposed to be so still had to have them turned up.

Service rating : delivery and quality of the item was fine not happy with the sizings of items
Product : i ordered 2 pairs of work trousers with built in knee pad pockets being a short fellow i went for 29inch leg however i don't know who measures your leg lengths but they had to be taken up about 6 inches 29" leg fits me just right normally so know instead of trousers with knee pads i have trousers with shin pads not really what i was wanting the quallity of them was fine but reall do think you need some one that can measure an inside leg correctly as theses must have been at the least 34"

Can I ask you to please check the packaging, maybe Dickies have mis labelled the item? It's very strange we do sell a lot of this product? Can you let us know. Thanks for comment. Ian

Service rating : Okay what I've experienced so far
Product : They looked great, fitted well until I tried to put anything in the pockets such as a tape measure, loose cash etc. They then became unworkable. I sent these trousers back yesterday and requested a different style, they should arrive with you by tomorrow.

Surprised by your comment, the dickies action trouser is one of our fastest moving trousers, we do not have may complaints. Many thanks for the feedback however.

Service rating : Not good, added next day delivery to order as needed item urgently yet item was not delivered until the following week so was no longer required. Had to return item and they only refunded part of the order :-/

Service rating : The service from Brookes has been very good but the products have been disappointing because sizes have been unreliable.
Product : There is now ay that the sizing of the trousers that I ordered was correct. I purchased 2 pairs for my son who already has some Dickies for work. By comparision I would say that this orer was 2 sizes too small!!!

Sorry to hear this, its very unusal, Dickies Action Trousers are one of our fastest selling work trousers and we've not experienced any issues with sizing being two sizes too small? Please return them back and contact our offices for a returns address. Sorry for the hassle caused.

We have always found Brookes to be friendly and helpful with orders arriving speedily. Any issues have been promptly sorted. We are very happy with the service we receive from Brookes. We mainly purchase Dickies Action trousers as they are hard wearing and wash well.

Service rating : Order process and everything else was great.
Product : Trouser waist line was at least an inch too long, I have to fold the top over my belt to make them look half tidy. The back pockets are far too narrow, can't get a wallet in. If you do put anything in the back pocket, it is too small to get your hand in to retrieve anything without a fight and I only have small hands. Kneepad pockets are too low but this probably works hand in hand with the long waist length.
