Please call us to arrange for this to be exchanged/refunded as this is not something that we expect to happen on any of our products, this is one of our best selling items and we experience very few complaints about the quality of these but unfortunately sometimes an item can have a small fault from the manufacturing process but if this does happen we will always offer to refund or replace the item. This is because we are able to bring our products to you at a heavily discounted price so will always be a lot cheaper that any retail outlet. if you dont like the trousers due to the zips you can always return these and we will refund you the garment. These trousers are one of our biggest sellers and i havent heard that the zips dig in from anyone before so your feedback is essential in case we do.

Sorry you feel this way mr Banks but we were out of stock of the t-shirts and you were notified at the time. Sometimes this happens and it is not a situation that we choose ourselves. This is why the rest of the order was dispatched to you. Our service is first rate and we take it very seriously to maintain a customer relationship. When I ordered the khaki and white I also ordered olive and bottled green. As the goods had not arrived after a week I rang only to be informed that the olive and green were out of stock. No one had thought to contact me to advise this. The white and khaki had not even been sent. What would have happened if I had not telephoned?
I found this extremely frustrating as according to your website they were all in stock.
