Service rating : Still not received the product! Still out of stock I Guess - Again!
Product : Don`t know. Still haven`t received product. Had to go elsewhere.

Sincere apologies that you had to look elesewhere for the trousers however we did advise in june that the product was out of stock and that it could be a couple of months. We also sent 3 emails since then to advise still awaiting product and then we were ourselves advised that the product had been discontinued and we sent an email to you immediately to advise and see if you wanted to choose an alternative trouser but had no reply from you.
Once again sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and hope that this will not stop you from using us again for any other products.
