Finding the right product
Browse - Have a look through the categories listed down the left hand side of the screen to get an idea of what's available on the site.
Search - Type in keywords into the search box at the top of the screen, or into the advanced search page (bottom rightt on the grey bar) which allows you to carry out a more specific search.
Each product has its own page which should give you all of the information you need to buy the product or obtain a quote, including an enlarged. Don't forget to look at the matching items on the right hand side of the page.
Logo Services - Products which can be logo’d will contain a link within the product page, this can be found below the price grid. Click this link for information on our different logo options. Please call us on 0844 209 63 90 for a price off-line. At present the site doesn’t support on-line ordering for logo services, all prices quoted on this site exclude logo prices.
If you need more information about a product or can't find what you are looking for please call us on 0844 209 63 89 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We may be able to find products for you even if we do not currently stock them ourselves.
Selecting what you want to buy
To add something to your shopping basket, click the 'Add to Basket' button on the product page. Be sure to select the correct quantity and colour / size if required. You can always remove items later so don't worry if you're not sure at this stage.
Completing your purchase
Review your basket - click on the 'View basket' button at the top of the screen. Amend the quantity ordered or remove an item if required.
Discount code - if you have a discount code, type the code number into the box at the top of the page. The discount will take effect when you hit the 'Update Order' button.
Checkout - when you are ready click on the 'Go to checkout' button and you will be asked to fill in your name, address and contact details. If you have already registered with us, you will be given an opportunity to log-in to save you entering all of your personal information again. You will also be given an opportunity to send the goods to a different delivery address and to add delivery message with the order, if required.
Pay - The checkout is hosted on a secure server where you enter your credit card details. This page is 100% secure to prevent it being accessed by anyone else.

6) How fast can you deliver logo’d products
We average 7-10 days from artwork and order acknowledgement sign off. Sometimes this can expand to 10-14 working days in peak seasons. Please call us on 0844 209 6389 if you have a very tight deadline.

9) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Access, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal. Your card will be charged on dispatch of the goods to you. You can also pay by cheque - simply send your order by post to:

10) Can we open a credit account?
We require payment with your 1st order and then an Instant credit account is opened with a £250 initial limit. Sorry, we can not open accounts for individuals.
11) Will you send me junk emails?
Absolutely not. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only send you further information about our products if you request it at the point of registering or ordering. Click here for more information.
12) How do I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order as long as we have not already dispatched it. Please call us on 0844 209 63 89 or email@example.com If you have already received the goods, you can return them to us within 30 days unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. 13) How do I change my personal details?
If you wish to change any of your details (address, email address, telephone etc), please click on 'Log In' at the top of the page and you will be able to make as many amendments as you wish.
14) I have forgotten my password.
Click on 'Log In' at the top of the page and enter your email address. We will then email your password to this address. Alternatively call our customer service on 0844 209 6389.
