Very very poor service/nobody bothered to tell us that the item was not in stock.As a customer I shoul not have to chase the order!!!! I doubt if I will order from them again/suggest that you stop sending out booklets and concentrate on customer care!

Sorry to hear your comments on this Mr Visram, you are quite correct in ther fact that you shouldnt have to chase your order and we ususally email the customer to confirm that an item is either out of stock or going to be delayed so i cant understand why you werent kept informed and apologise. We take our service and customer relations very seriously so will look into this for you.

Service rating : Good service & range of clothing
Product : Sizing is a problem. Ordered XL cos that what normally fits but really only needed L. Only for gardening so not worth returning but will know next time, but with so many different makes available it seems sizing issues will always be a bit hit & miss.
