Service rating : I have ordered several times from brookes and was always 100% satisfied with the service and the products. Recently I had to sent something back - only for size reasons. I was particularly impressed how uncomplicated and straightforward this was and how quickly I got my refund.
Product : Really good quality t-shirts. Unfortunately rather big in their sizes - but to be fair, you give a warning in your catalogue and on the web-site.
