overall good but last order they kept back without notifying us because 1 item was out of stock and that annoyed us

Sorry to hear / learn of your frustration, I can relate to this. Our system should notify of shortfalls and provide an option to wait or part ship by email. Obviously you've not received the email and I'll investigate with our customer service team.
