the prices are competitive but the delivery service is very poor

Sorry to hear your comments on the delivery service as we pride ourselves on a very efficient turnaround time. I have looked at your order and you ordered garments which were infortunately out of stock at the time so this delayed your order a couple of days. The order was sent on a Friday and you received delivery on the monday as we dont deliver on a Saturday.Stock shortgages do sometimes happen and this is something that it out of our control.
