I sent a return back, I ordered one of each size so I knew what size to place a large order, I rang twice to be told that returns were "backlogged". It took over a week for round two to arrive. I have sent some of those back. No response. Quite frankly, the service is diabloical. I've gone else wehre.

Sorry to hear your comments regarding the service. We are very busy at the moment and some of the returns are taking between 10-14 days to process. If you want anything to be ordered in the meantime between sending back a garment we can do that over the phone for you so that you are not waiting for your next order to go through the returns process.We take our customers comments very seriously and apologise for our heavy workload at the present time.
