Service rating : Excellent, reliable company.
Product : I ordered Jerzees Super Heavy T-Shirts (my preference), though Russells were delivered, which are also a good product. However, I would have liked a substitution note and reason. I do hope you continue to stock Jerzees!

OK but insecure IT. Every time i change my password, it sends me a notification and the password in open unencrypted email - that anyone can then intercept on the internet and then access and find my credit card essentials.
Can I trust them? Not for much.

Excellent company with some excellent products. Fisrt class customer service - for example, they ring up if goods are out of stock seeking confrimation that the customer is content to wait.

Many thanks for your kind words. We're in the process of buying new footwear lines for AW10. I believe we're looking into wider fits and additional dealer boot styles which enable slip on capabilities.
