Service rating : reasonable delivery time and good quality goods, except I was directed to a page to buy knee pads, which I did, and the knee pads I was directed to, although not HH, thought they must be OK or why would I be directed to them(?) They are too small!!

the prices are competitive but the delivery service is very poor
Sorry to hear your comments on the delivery service as we pride ourselves on a very efficient turnaround time. I have looked at your order and you ordered garments which were infortunately out of stock at the time so this delayed your order a couple of days. The order was sent on a Friday and you received delivery on the monday as we dont deliver on a Saturday.Stock shortgages do sometimes happen and this is something that it out of our control.

Sorry to hear about the fault with the trousers but just give us a call in the future and we can give you a freepost address to return these to as we will then replace them for you.Obviously if we dont know about a problem we cant deal with it.
