Fruit of the Loom Standard Polo Shirt
Service rating : Very good service, especially on the 'simple' things that I prefer. If I had one small gripe it would be the delivery service, should I not be in to receive an order then I would have to travel some 25 miles to collect it from the courier base, unlike the Royal Mail where I could just pop 5 mins down the road. That said I have always had good service from Brookes and am happy to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Service rating : Wish they'd make it clear on their website which (type of) delivery service they use. I generally have things delivered to work when it's a Courier & home when it's Royal Mail as it's always hard to know what Couriers do when you're not in to receive it.
Product : Fine. Easy to Iron (almost doesn't need it). Washed better than the Burgundy one I bought last year (which proved OK in the machine after a few separate washes).

I think Brookes is an excelent company giving value for money goods. The web site is easy to navigate, although I feel there should be provision to order online goods with a loga. Obviously the logo would be designed, but held on the system so you can add it to the clothes you buy at a click or tick of a box.

graet products all tops t shirts polo shirts trouses did not fit sent back cost a delivery charge still don,t fit but i could spend a lot of money trying them untill they fit so its no more shopping only tops
