Pros:- Good service

Cons- when returning goods there is no FREE return delivery. (We had to pay delivery to return a pair of boots that didn't fit)......this was a rip off!!!!!!!!

We actually state that return items have to be funded by the buyer throughout the site. 'Rip-off' is a little strong when you consider we keep our prices so low by not incorporating the cost of returning items. Only 9% of our orders are returned. If the return service was free 91% of our customers would have to fund a FREE return service. We take the view that customers prefer to keep prices as low as possible. We're not in the business of ripping anyone off. May a suggest you check the delivery & return terms on future websites before ordering items. This way you'll not be confused. Thanks for the feedback.
