Service rating : Goods arrived on time
Product : quality o k but fit was for a taller person (5"2" height too high on waist)

Sorry to hear about the gloves coating rubbing away as this is definately not normal as these gloves are indeed one of our biggest sellers. If you return these to us we will arrange a refund for you and we can then have our manufacturers take a look at. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
