Premier Womens Poly Trousers, Navy 10

Service rating : Took a while to get through to speak to someone.
Product : I ordered three pairs of the same size and only one pair fit properly. I therefore had to return two pairs and obtain the next size up. I cannot understand why there was such a difference in sizing.

I returned the goods and had to call to have them replaced as this did not happen automatically when I asked for replacements.

I totally agree. This shouldn't happen and I am taking your feedback directly to the manufacturer, Premier. I can see we've handled the refund & replacement on the 04/06/2010. Really sorry for the hassle caused, how frustrating! I hope you'll give us another try again soon.
