Multiple pockets inc front swing holster pockets. Left leg utility pocket. These trousers have top loading knee pad pockets. Articulated knees for added comfort and ease of movement. Service rating : inefficient processing system, error on my order proved to be their error, i was impositioned to return incorrect supply, plus asked to pay a second time for correct order to be delivered, whilst waiting to be reimbursed for brookes error to be investigated.I purchased item else where and recieved better service with free next day delivery, i was reimbursed by brookes minus postage that i had paid for their error. never again.

I have looked into your order and have read the notes made on your order. You ordered over the internet and it stated size 36r
which is what was sent out to you. You then called and said that you ordered 38 and we asked you to send an email to us with your order confirmation, which we never received from you. We also sent an email to you to advise that no carriage would be charged as a gesture of good will on a re-order. The error was not on our part as we had no contact with the order when it was originally made by yourself as you ordered the garment.
Thank you however for your feedback which we we take on board.
