The service was good, but if you have the wrong size, it gets expensive with all the postage and packing. There is also VAT charged on the postage and packing.

Used to be brilliant with accurate stock levels shown on the site. More recently they seem to take longer to deliver, I guess they're back to back ordering. Or maybe I'm just used to Amazon and Screwfix delivering next day or at worst the day after. That said, ordering is easy and the product quality on the RTY and Russell ranges is excellent. Also they include the returns paperwork with the shipment, I've never needed to use it but its a nice touch.
