Returns - Non Logo'd Products Only

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods - to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us.

Please include the original invoice document and complete the right hand side of the form and send the whole form back. Do not separate the form. This is your returns ID and without this we cannot refund.

It can usually take up to 10 working days (ex weekends and bank holidays) for your return to be delivered back into our warehouse, depending on which postal service you choose to use, e.g. Royal Mail. 

We will send you an email as soon as we've scanned it into our warehouse system & refunded it. We endeavour to process all returns within 24/48 hours of receipt but during peak seasonal periods and around Christmas & the New Year, this can take 3-4 days. We appreciate your patience in advance.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. Typically, it can take one working day in the UK to clear, depending on your bank / card processor.

Please note the max weight should not exceed 1kgAny return exceeding this limit will be rejected by Royal Mail.

Products Which Can Not Be Returned

We can not accept back any products which have been customised / logo'd to your specification. Any items returned which are customised will be resent back to your address. Unless the item is faulty, in which case, please call us on 00 44 (0) 1625 503119.

Please ensure you obtain a certificate of 'proof of posting' receipt from your local postal office which will contain a tracking number. Please retain this receipt as proof of postage.

Items which feature in our clearance sales are also NON-REFUNDABLE.
