28 Days Return Policy
Service and Quality is what matters to us the most. If you're not happy, let us fix it.
- If you have received the wrong items or anything is faulty, we will arrange collection to return your incorrect or faulty items.
- If returning for any other reason please get in touch following the steps below
How to make a return
- Contact us by email or telephone with your order number
- We’ll send you a returns note, which you need to return your garments
- Return the unworn garments in original packaging
- We will take care of the refund and process within 5 working days of receiving the returned items
Please note: Customised items which are not faulty cannot be returned.
If we cannot accept a return
We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot return customised items which are not faulty. Please take care and consideration when designing your custom clothing before submitting your order.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund opened underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery and swimwear unless faulty. We can exchange or refund these items if hygiene strips and tags are still in place with original packaging.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Unless goods returned faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
