Standard Products - Each product has its own delivery timescale e.g. Next Working Day or Two Working Days, this does not include our logo process and only applies to non-logo’d products, click Logo Services for more information on delivery times. Delivery details can be found within the product pages. Should an order consist of a product which is flagged Next Day and a product flagged Two working days our policy is to deliver the whole order in Two working days. If you are unsure please call us on 0844 209 6389. Orders must be received by 3.30PM to qualify for a Next Day or Two Day Delivery.

Logo’d Products - Personalised garments can average 7 -10 working days from artwork and order acknowledgement sign off. Sometimes this can expand to 10-14 working days in peak seasons. Carriage is FREE on all online and offline orders over £50 (exc VAT). Orders under this incur £4.99 ex VAT for our express Next Day delivery service (1-2 business days) and £3.32 ex VAT (3-4 business days) for orders under £49.99, which will be added at the checkout unless the product specifically mentions free carriage or a different carriage charge.

There will be just one carriage charge for your total order, regardless of how many items you purchase. This is fully refundable in the event of your goods being faulty or not as described*. For Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, delivery in these regions may take 3 working days.

UK Express Delivery - Royal Mail / DPD

Express delivery is only available to mainland UK customers.  It costs from £4.99 ex VAT.  We can deliver the next working day if order is placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and select express service your order will be delivered on the Tuesday of that following week.  DPD deliver between 9am and 5pm.

DPD will update you of the orders tracking via text message or email. They will also notify you in advance of the delivery time slot, of which you can change if not convenient. Please note we can not accept responsibility for lost goods which are delivered and left without a signature as instructed by the customer.

If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel.

 UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail

This service is from just £3.32 ex VAT per order and you will have your order delivered within 2-4 working days after despatch via Royal Mail 48 (Please note this is not a signed for service). Upon dispatch you will be sent an e-mail containing your official order number and the website link and you will be able to view the status of your parcel. 

If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt.  The parcel will be taken back to your local postal office awaiting your collection once your produce the collection card.

Royal Mail Local Collect® is a convenient way to have your parcel delivered to your local Post Office® branch.  There are over 10,500 Post Office® branches across the UK.

Pick up your item on a day that suits you. There are even 4,200 branches open early and late at night,  including both Saturday and Sunday’s

Royal Mail Enquiry Offices are currently open six days a week. Around 100 of the busiest offices are also open on Sundays.

Receive an SMS or email notification when your item is ready to collect from your chosen branch.

How it works

Process your order through to the delivery option within our Brookes store.

Select Local Collect as the delivery option and select a Post Office® convenient for you.

You’ll receive an SMS or email notification when your item is ready to collect from your chosen branch.

To pick up your parcel, all you’ll need is proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and proof of delivery address. Your item will be held at the Post Office® branch for 18 days. After that time your item will be returned to our warehouse in Cheshire.


UK CollectPlus - Fuss Free Way To Receive Your Order

The CollectPlus service costs £4.99 ex VAT per order.   Doesn't matter how many items its a one off charge

From newsagents to petrol stations and - even train stations, CollectPlus has over 6,500 safe and secure delivery locations for your parcels, these could be your local Co-Op McColls, Budgens or Spar. To find your nearest one, simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk and enter your postcode. Most CollectPlus locations are open late seven days a week so you can pick up your delivery at a time and place that suits you.

Easy to Choose

  • 1. At checkout select CollectPlus as your delivery option and choose your nearest shop or pick-up location.
  • 2. When your parcel arrives at your chosen CollectPlus location, you'll receive an email or text to say that it's ready for collection. Your message will contain a barcode, please bring this code along with some ID to collect your parcel.
  • 3. Collect your parcel when it's convenient to. You'll receive reminder messages but if you don't collect it after 10 days, it will be returned.


How much will a CollectPlus delivery cost?

CollectPlus costs £4.99 ex VAT on all orders.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

A CollectPlus delivery will arrive in your chosen store in 1 business day. So if you place your order Monday to Friday before 3.00pm it will be delivered within 1 day later to the store of your choice.  Please ensure you read the dispatch times when placing an order.   Some products will take longer to dispatch and you need to allow for these days.

Note that if ordered Saturday or Sunday it will not be delivered till the following Tuesday. You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. So it is important at checkout to enter a valid mobile telephone number or email address.

Where is my nearest CollectPlus Collection Point?

During checkout,  when you select CollectPlus as your delivery method,  you will also be able to select your nearest collection point.

Can you advise a time that it will arrive?

Unfortunately a specific time of arrival cannot be given. You will receive an update when it is available to collect.

Are there any locations you cannot deliver to a CollectPlus store?

There are areas that currently CollectPlus is unable to deliver to these are: Republic of Ireland , Isle of Man Shetland, Orkney, Scilly Isles and BFPO locations. To find your nearest store, simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk and enter your postcode.

In the case of shortage or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and Brookes UK Ltd. Informed within 3 days from goods receipt.

Convenient returns with CollectPlus

You can now use CollectPlus to return your parcels to us, by purchasing and downloading your returns label at www.collectplus.co.uk/BrookesUK. Enter your order number and your email address on to the label, then print and attach to your parcel, ensuring any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered.  Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, at https://www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new.

CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres, and it is a service trusted by thousandsof busy people every day. There are over 6,500 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.

Please note, you must obtain and stick your returns label to your parcel before taking your parcel into a CollectPlus store. CollectPlus will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original picking list or Invoice document and complete the reverse as instructed. This is your returns ID without this we can not refund.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please call us on 0844 209 63 89 or email sales@ebrookes.co.uk and we will arrange for DPD to pick the goods up from you. Please note we charge for the collection service, please check before returning.

Alternatively if it is more convenient for you please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us (the address is Brookes UK Ltd, Union Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7BN).

NB: carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).

Goods supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements, such as corporate logo’s are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Items which feature in our clearance sales are also NON-REFUNDABLE.
